摘要

Aiming at the break of fuel filter bracket's bolt on a certain type of engine,vibration test on this structure was done on the spot,and the signal was processed with DASP software to determine the principle vibration direction and the frequent feature.The finite element model that was similar to the actual component was built with ANSYS software,and the modality of principal vibration was determined by combination with the result of vibration experiment testing.After the modality was expanded further more and stress analysis was done,the break reason was found out and the structural improvement was put forward.Finally,the improvement structure was carried on with finite element analysis and its rationality was confirmed.The research method and conclusion would provide the reference values for engine enterprise.
