The Security Management in E-government System during Operating and Maintaining

The development of e-government in China has been ten years. Now it is the period of developing and operating. E-government system improves the efficiency of government administration and government service to the community level, it also impact deeply on the transformation of government functions, structural changes. But non-standard security management in e-government system impact very serious to further develop e-government and the government's credibility. The paper discusses to be taken the strategy' of e-government during operating and maintaining from establishment of structured security system, establishment to guarantee system through assessment, personal and technology. So it ensures confidentiality, network security and business continuity.
