摘要

For designing a low-power power management chip of suitable for portable electronic device adapters or charger, the behaviour model and simulation of a flyback AC-DC switch power management chip based on primary-side feedback using Verilog-A was constructed and carried out. The simulation results show that the chip gains the advantages of small, low cost, reliable work etc. Moreover, the chip is ideal choice in low power portable electronic devices of the power adapter or charger. After Tapeout the tested results demonstrated the chip adjust sensitive, accurate, and the various protection circuit is timely and reliable.
