It is the most concerning problem of information society how quality of learning is promoted. The studying of germane cognitive load is beneficial in promoting quality of learning. To promote the learning quality of complicate cognitive task, the article discusses the defining, constraints, measuring and increasing methods of germane cognitive load in detail.
