Constructing Food Quality and Safety Curriculum System to Adapt the Cultivation of Creative Talents

摘要

To adapt the cultivation of creative talents, the curriculum reform of food quality and safety specialty was introduced in this paper. The ideas and methods of building new curriculum system were proposed. The practice showed that the effect of the curriculum reform was obvious and the desired objectives were achieved.
