Considering nonlinear and uncertainty of the system and complex contour error model, in order to improve contour machining precision, a global fast terminal sliding mode control based on equivalent errors method was proposed. Nonlinear equivalent errors model of direct drive XY table by permanent magnet linear synchronous motor(PMLSM), which is easily calculated, was built by using equivalent errors method. Direct drive XY table contour controller was designed by global fast terminal sliding mode method. The method can make the states of the system converge fast to the equilibrium point in finite time and reduce the affect of load disturbance and uncertainty of the system. The simulation results show that the designed contour controller can make the system of direct drive XY table have high contour machining precision and strong robustness.
机译:考虑到系统的非线性和不确定性以及复杂的轮廓误差模型,为提高轮廓加工精度,提出了一种基于等效误差的全局快速终端滑模控制方法。利用等效误差法建立了永磁直线同步电动机直接驱动XY工作台的非线性等效误差模型,该模型易于计算。采用全局快速终端滑模方式设计了直驱XY工作台轮廓控制器。该方法可以使系统的状态在有限的时间内快速收敛到平衡点,并减少了负载扰动和系统不确定性的影响。仿真结果表明,所设计的轮廓控制器可使直驱XY工作台系统具有较高的轮廓加工精度和较强的鲁棒性。
