The feasibility of importing the CI theory into the attractive small town was discussed. The ancient Longmen town was selected as the study object to design some specific importing program based on the field work and questionnaires, and extend the new carriers for the application of the CI theory, and support the building of attractive small town with the theory and practice, which made the planning and the construction of the small town more systematic and branding.
