As a new represent of industrial revolution, e-commerce promotes the development of human society from industrial economy era to enter into the e-commerce era. Under the background of e-commerce, the problem of how to develop the new customers and keep the old customers is becoming more and more important, which results in appearance of ECRM. Comparing with the traditional CRM, ECRM under the e-commerce era has new characteristics and advantages. Through implementing some strategies of database marketing, one stop shopping service, suspension service and loyalty program, the enterprise may gain more competitive advantages under the background of e-commerce era.
