Research of wavelet base's choice in wavelet transformation based on image compression

摘要

In wavelet transformation used for image compression using different wavelet base has a great influence on the effect of image compression. In this article through analysis of wavelet base's some characteristics such as orthogonality, regularity, energy concentric and so on, the influence of using different wavelet base to image compression coding is researched.
