摘要

University innovative research team, as a representative form of research organization in university, have been become the main force of knowledge creation and output in national independent innovation system. Learning behavior is an effective mode for synergetic development of university innovative research team, and knowledge sharing makes the visualization and systematize of learning achievements come true. On the basis of connotation of university innovative research team and learning behavior, this paper analyzes the matrix relationship of them, and employs the knowledge-sharing game model to explore the actualization of knowledge sharing mechanism. Finally, interaction process model of learning behavior and team performance have been given in order to guide the efficient construction of university research team.
