摘要

Previous studies have shown that the level of managerial self-efficacy (MSE) could affect many working variables, such as the job performance, leader behavior, occupation tension, turnover intention. But studies couldn't reach an agreement when testing relationship between MSE and job satisfaction. Meanwhile, with economic growth, banks have more and more important position in China's economy. The level of managerial self-efficacy and job satisfaction concerned the victory in the competition. In this paper, we studied MSE's effect on job satisfaction and sought positive effecting factors from six dimensions of MSE, aiming at providing managerial guidance for corporate.
