Using colors on the computer networks, are the important aspects both to build national brands and establish a national image, and also is the method of reflecting the different nation's culture characteristics. However, with the network becoming the indispensable platform for the world information communicating and different national culture exchanging, national colour-culture has not yet been payed attention to. Based on the Game Theory, firstly, the paper analyzes the necessity of using national colour-culture; Secondly, uses the Management principles to comb the sub-systems of the Chinese traditional colour-culture and to carry on knowledge management; Finally, explains the culture innovative ways of the main three sub-systems of the Chinese traditional colour-culture.
