摘要

Cooperative teaching can promote the students to obtain more accomplishments and higher inferential capability and some other better effect than individual study, but how to improve the effect of discussion in the small group seminar is an important question which many teachers are always confused. The paper argues that the teacher can construct a creative knowledge conflicting context to improve the effects of small class seminar in cooperative teaching. The creation and application of knowledge conflicting context in management course according to the characteristics of the course are discussed.
