摘要

The paper analysis the mechanism and bridge of the real estate market in certain cities which realizing the transformation of supply and demand from disorder to order with the dissipative structure theory from the aspect of abnormal phenomenon and its harmfulness. Also it describes fluctuate in the real estate system and its influencing factors and proposed two solutions to macro-control the real estate market The first way is to create nonequilibrium conditions that is to regulate the limiting conditions of the real estate resources which the user has. The second way is to reduce the flow resistance of the system that is to ensure the transparency of the real estate market and the reasonable and the swimming of the capital supply.
