Comparison and discussion of the Bill of the Quantities between the mainland China and Hong Kong Special zone

摘要

From the core of the Bill of Quantities of developing the project costs, this paper compares the differences in the cost of project between the mainland of China and Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in details, such as the rules of the Bill of Quantities, project codes, project names, measurement unit price, project quantities, integrated units, list co-price, measures to project cost. The study suggests that the mainland's Bill of Quantities model needs further improvement as soon as possible with international practice.
