摘要

Beginning with analyzing the sources of marketing ability from the aspect of organization theory, this paper holds the view that it is urgent to rebuild the organization and break through the obstacles of development in the marketing era. It comes up with two new conceptions-marketing-type organization and marketing systematization It reveals the features, functional mechanism and significance of marketing systematization, refers that marketing systematization should be the ultimate precondition of developing marketing ability, and also offers a theoretical sustenance for advancing the marketing ability of enterprises.
