摘要

The inertia force and moment of inertia of engine piston-connecting rod-crank is the main vibration source of motorcycle vibration. In order to reduce the strength of the vibration source, the method of singular balancing shaft is adopted to counterbalance the first-order inertial force based on the structure of single cylinder diesel engine. For the additional first-order moment of inertia of the balancing shaft and moment of inertia of piston-connecting rod-crank, the stiffness of the rubber suspension that along three different directions is optimized so that the corresponding torque of suspension mount reach the lowest level and in that way to isolate the vibration. Finally the vibration that results from the inertia force of engine and the moment of inertia is reduced synthetically.
