Based on fracture mechanics and ABAQUS finite element method, this paper calculates stress intensity factor of the asphalt pavement structure with the graded broken stone transition layer and semi-rigid base, analyzing the influence of change of modulus and thickness of the layer of the graded broken stone transition layer, modulus of asphalt surface and semi-rigid base on stress intensity factor. The research shows that asphalt pavement structure with the graded broken stone transition layer can prevent reflection cracks effectively by reducing the stress intensity factor of the asphalt surface, however, the suitable increasing of the modulus and thickness of the layer of graded broken stone, base modulus can improve on the effect of preventing the reflection cracks with the layer of graded broken stone.
