The consideration of uncertainty is highly important in nowadays and there are lots ofacademic and industrial based studies that deal with uncertainty in the parameters of theproblem to make decisions in production planning problems. This work aims to optimize theplanning of Supply Chains (SCs) in competitive environments under demand and marketcompetition uncertainty. The proposed model approach considers a two stage stochasticprogramming formulation to solve a MILP (Mixed integer linear programming) or a MINLP(Mixed Integer Non-Linear Programming) problem to improve the decision making on theoperation of different Supply Chains; different optimization criteria are considered to deal withcooperative and non cooperative behavior between SCs.
