Study on Interests Coordination Mechanism of Third-party Logistics Service Innovation

摘要

The third-party logistics service innovation is of great significance to reduce total supply chain costs and risks. Applying principal-agent theory, this paper builds a model taking the best total revenue that the third-party logistics company and the innovation members create as objective function, and taking members' best interest that meet their reservation utility as constraints. Then we analyze the related factors such as innovation effort, innovation incentive and so on, and obtain the corresponding interests coordination mechanism.
