With the big issue of global warming attracting the focus of whole world, environmental logistics need to be further investigated. There is still a wide gap in environmental logistics between developing and developed countries. Couple of methods which suppliers need to apply for environmental logistics have been proposed in this paper. Through this way, customers put forward several methods to help suppliers carrying out environmental logistics actions. It can reduce the logistics cost of suppliers and customers enhancing logistics efficiency, and improve the global logistics. Customer-driven is a strategy that can profit society, suppliers and customers, and can be called "triple win" strategy.
