Inventory Control Strategy of Clothing Business

摘要

The level of inventory control is directly related to clothing sales business survival and development. This paper analyzes the characteristics and inventory issues of clothing sales business such as: low inventory turnover, serious backlog of inventory and structural imbalance and its causes. On this basis, we study inventory control specific strategy of the clothing sales business from procurement, distribution to sales.
