Research on the important impact factors of rural finance enterprises' dynamic capabilities in the financial ecosystem

Rural finance is the important factor which promotes to increase the income of farmers and the economic development of countryside. However, along with the comprehensive opening of financial system in China, the rural finance enterprises can just deal with the changeable and complex financial environment effectively only when they unceasingly enhance their own dynamic capabilities. On the basis of the related domestic and foreign research results, this article links to the reality of rural finance in China, establishes an initial set of factors which affects the dynamic capabilities of rural finance enterprises, designs the questionnaires to some experts, and constructs a data mining model with grey system theory. We take order with the datum of these questionnaires, and then define the important impact factors to dynamic capabilities of rural finance.
