摘要

Although lots of enterprises pay more attention to knowledge, many influential factors restrict the effective implementation of knowledge management. The more important part of these influential factors is from business process, namely, how to reconfirm core process of enterprise from the angle of the view of point on knowledge resource. Business process reengineering is an inner reformation which enterprise adapts the requirement of knowledge economy era. Enterprise can establish the foundation for implementing knowledge management effectively by business process reengineering. The precondition of business process reengineering is knowledgelization and its goal is to define enterprise knowledge process in business process. Knowledge process doesnȁ9;t exist separately in business and brings into play the role by integration with business process under the knowledge environment factors.
机译:尽管许多企业更加重视知识,但是许多影响因素限制了知识管理的有效实施。这些影响因素中最重要的部分来自业务流程,即如何从知识资源的角度重新确定企业的核心流程。业务流程再造是企业适应知识经济时代的要求而进行的内部改革。企业可以通过业务流程重组为有效实施知识管理奠定基础。业务流程再造的前提是知识化,其目标是在业务流程中定义企业知识流程。知识过程不存在于企业中,而是在知识环境因素下与业务过程集成而发挥作用。
