Research on Application of RBF-NN in the Evaluation of Capability of Enterprise Knowledge Innovation

In the era of the knowledge economy, knowledge management becomes more and more important. As a core content of knowledge management, Knowledge innovation capability plays an important role for the development of enterprises. Therefore, how to evaluate knowledge innovation capability becomes a problem which enterprises are facing. The existing methods such as AHP and FCM have obtained certain effect, but there are some deficiencies. ANN method has many advantages such as adaptive learning, robustness, error tolerance, etc. RBF neural network, as a type of ANN, has the characteristics of simpleness and high efficiency. Therefore, based on the existing research, this paper proposes a method to evaluate knowledge Innovation capability based on RBF-NN, and the paper conducts an empirical research. The results show that the evaluation method of enterprise knowledge innovation capability based on RBF-NN is reasonable and effective.
