The agricultural cooperation economic organization is a service platform for agricultural economic development. This article uses the living systems theory to innovate the agricultural cooperation economic organizations as one form in the human life system evolution, establishing the life system model of agricultural cooperation economic organization, comparing live characteristics of constitution open system, maintaining the internal environment stability, self-regulation and self-renewal, conducting qualitative, quantitative and semi-quantitative standard research to the agricultural cooperation economic organization.
