The equivalent circuit parameters calculation of a coupled cavity chain using electrodynamic characteristics

The results of development of the methodology of equivalent circuits' parameters calculation of a coupled cavity chain using electrodynamic characteristics are presented. The methodology applying has shown significant errors (of the parameters determining) reduction in comparison with other known methods.
