Intellectual Method for Reliability Assessment of Radio-Electronic Means

The possibility for using a priori information in creation of an intellectual system for assessing the reliability of radio-electronic means (REM) is considered. It is proposed to use the calculated values of reliability indicators, the results of design, and other types of tests as a priori information in the decision support system. Such an approach makes it possible to increase the assessment validity of quantitative indicators of reliability of radio-electronic means with a small volume of tests, which positively affects the cost parameters of equipment.
