This article discusses the promoting effect which National University Students Open Source Technology Competition brings to education reform, and inspiring active and innovation consciousness of the students through organizing hearing-impaired students participating National University Students Open Source Technology Competition, to develop the investigation about the active and practicing abilities cultivation of hearing-impaired university students, and achieved very good results.
