According to the dynamic characteristics and static relationship of boiler steam temperature controlled object, to establish the model of boiler steam temperature, it can be described by block diagrams or state space, which has the full scope non-linear and time-varying characteristics. The section transfer functions can be converted into variable state space applied Jordan blocks and algebraic transformation. According to the incremental observer based state feedback cascade PID control strategy in engineering applications, it is worked on the model cited in this paper, then, the disturbance simulation test is valve opening changes, steam temperature and change the output steam temperature settings, which the tests are with the same control system and the same parameter settings. It is verified that the model correct and valid by the simulation tests.
