摘要

In automated optical inspection of printed circuit board defects' examination technology, the threshold value direct affects the inspection result. This paper uses fuzzy segmentation algorithm to segment image on PCB's silk-screen layer and wiring layer respectively. Fuzzy segmentation algorithm has the advantages of automatic threshold searching, calculation simple and quick, that providing an effective guarantee for the PCB defects' inspection, and on the different levels' segmentation to make more comprehensive for PCB defects' inspection.
