In order to overcome the air fuel ratio control deviation caused by the oil film vaporization speed variation during transient conditions, the Fuzzy PID control was used on the ECT, and the fuel injection revision based on the throttle valve degree and its variation during the transient condition was proposed. The simulation was accomplished on model of SQ491 gasoline engine during transient conditions. And the results show that the maximal error of the air fuel ratio with fuel injection revision is less than 5%, whereas that without fuel injection revision is 20%, and the air fuel ratio control accuracy with fuel injection revision was accurately raised during transient condition.
