摘要

Statistics shows Chinese people who own vehicles account for only 3% of the world, while the number of people died each year from traffic accidents in China accounts for about 15%–20% worldwide. Especially the traffic fatality rate is as 10∼20 times as the developed countries such as Japan and the U.S., less-developed rescue facilities is the main factor why fatality rate is so high. This article takes rescue time as first constrain value, sets up new rescue points by using Dijkstra'' shortest path algorithm and relative evaluation. Re-divides the target area thus ensures all the points can be covered in the required time.
