The present invention relates to an air purifying device for providing emergency dispatch service in case of a traffic accident and, more specifically, to an air purifying device which is provided with an air purifying module in which a photocatalyst panel and a UV lamp unit are arranged and an operation module including an acoustic wave module and a communication module. To this end, the present invention comprises a near-field module, a position module, a sensor module, and a control module.
