Based on analysis of Sanlihua talus slope formation mechanism in Yi-ba expressway, the paper adopts the limit equilibrium method and numerical analysis method to evaluate its stability. The result shows that, it can not achieve the design criterionand must be reinforced. According to its stability conditions and characteristics, anti-slide pile and surface drainage are used to treat the talus slope. In order to optimize treatment scheme, with the computational results, this paper designs a certain amount of anti-slide pile reinforced schemes and separately calculates the stability and engineering cost. Then, the paper takes them as study samples of evolutionary neural network, establishes the nonlinear mapping relationship among design parameters, stability of reinforced, cost of schemes, and uses genetic algorithm to search the optimal design parameters in the global scope, and then chooses the reasonable treatment scheme of Sanlihua talus slope. It turns out to be that, the optimized treatment scheme enables us to reduce the cost, achieve the expected goal and perfect effect.
