This paper discusses the relationships among service quality, customer satisfaction and repurchases intention with the use of SMS. Data were collected using convenience sampling, a total of 329 useable responses were collected and retained for analysis. The findings confirm perceived service quality contribute to generating customer satisfaction and repurchase intention with SMS. The results also show that customer satisfaction enhances repurchase intention of customer.)
