摘要

Abstract-How to make the training objectives forward-looking and initiative to achieve the union of the training objectives,organizational goals and personal goals; how to integrate resources effectively in training and improve the efficiency of training; how to achieve the transfer of the training effects, etc., are all training management problems to be solved. This article introduced the concept of strategic human resource management and analyzed the role of strategy orientated training as well as the implementation. This article believed that strategic human resource management can achieve the union of the training objectives, organizational goals and personal goals, and integrate various kinds of resources inside and outside the organization and transfer the results of training, enhance the training effect, and improve the core competencies of organization.
