After-sales service of self-service terminals, which have provided us with convenience and have played an increasingly important role in our lives, is becoming an important part of self-service, thus enterprises should pay more attention to it. Based on the various and complex self-service terminals of telecommunication industry, we study the management of after-sales service from five aspects and propose a standardized management system.
