Investigating Information Flows across Complex Product Development Stages by Using Social Network Analysis (SNA)

摘要

This paper presents an approach useful to analyze the performance of the product development process. This approach uses the Dependency Structure Matrix tool and metrics from the Social Network Analysis (SNA). Results relative to the application of the approach to the development of a car climate system are presented.
