It turned out that, if we trained the model on top-view imagesit can detect human skeleton very much accurately in real-timeespecially in lightweight-OpenPose implementation which isfaster than tf-OpenPose-estimation. And lightweight OpenPosealso support 3d in real-time which is very much convenient forhuman position detection. Besides we can take another approachwhere we fast detect moving object and then crop and rotated itwith 90-degree counter clockwise. Then we go through the tf-OpenPose and lightweight OpenPose human skeleton detection.
