Analysis on the Status and Motives of Coal Industry Transfer in Shandong Province

The gradient transfer of industrial development is a widespread economic law. The analysis of the phenomenon of the coal industry area transfer can provide reference for government decision-making and enterprise development. The status and characteristics of regional industry transfer of seven major coal enterprises in Shandong Province have been researched emphatically. Furthermore, the opportunities and challenges have also been expatiated. Under the guidance of the basic theories of regional economics and industrial economics, the common causes of industrial transfer have been analyzed by adopting standard analysis, comparison analysis and others analytic techniques, that is, the state industrial policies adjustment and government promotion are the external factors, while sustainable development and the choice of the way of quit during the recession are internal factors.
