The reverse logistics is necessary for retailing to reinforce competitive advantage,increase customer value and improve its whole performance of supply chain. The retailing reverse logistic is either a premise of effective decision or important method for enterprise to decrease op erating risk and improve service. A new evaluation meth od of retailing reverse logistic is proposed by evaluation problem of risk factors included the characteristics of un certain information. So the evaluation problem can be studied by an index system. And in the procedure of e valuation,a series of subindex is represented using the blind number to solve the evaluation quantization. The blind number method can describe the multiple uncer tainly information. The advantage is both used the prior information of two level indexes weight and resolved the uncertainty of the information to quantify the problem. In the paper,firstly,the evaluation index is analyzed,and the evaluation index system of retailing reverse logistics based on AHM weight is put forward. Secondly,the un certain information is described including grey,fuzzy and unascertained,and the evaluation index system is estab lished by the blind number theory. Finally,using the blind number algorithm and the result of evaluation is worked out. The method is verified by a case study.
机译:零售业需要反向物流来增强竞争优势,增加客户价值并改善其整个供应链绩效。零售逆向物流既是有效决策的前提,又是企业降低经营风险,提高服务水平的重要手段。针对包括不确定信息特征的风险因素评估问题,提出了一种零售逆向物流的评估方法。因此,可以通过指标体系研究评估问题。在e评估过程中,用盲数表示一系列的子指数来解决评估量化问题。盲数法可以描述多个不确定信息。优点是既利用了二级指标权重的先验信息,又解决了信息的不确定性来量化问题。本文首先对评价指标进行了分析,提出了基于AHM权重的零售逆向物流评价指标体系。其次,对模糊,模糊,不确定等不确定信息进行描述,并用盲数理论建立评价指标体系。最后,采用盲数算法,求出了评估结果。通过案例研究验证了该方法。
