Small-and Medium-sized Enterprises Need Break through Three Bottlenecks in the Context of Financial Crisis to Accomplish Independent Innovation

For small-and medium-sized enterprises, to strengthen independent innovation capacity is the best way out of dilemma in the context of financial crisis. To improve independent innovation capacity of small-and medium-sized enterprises and realize sustainable development, it is also necessary to break through three major bottlenecks as innovation motivation, innovation risk and innovation capacity. Only when small-and medium-sized enterprises are “willing to innovate”, “bold to innovate” and “able to innovate”, can the difficulty of independent innovation of small-and mediumsized enterprises be solved radically.
