Recently, it has been common that people retrieve necessary content from the Web, rather than they create it by themselves. This is because it has become easier for them to find various content on the Web, which is close to the one they want. However, most content they can find do not perfectly match with what they want, although parts of it satisfy with their needs. Therefore, in this paper we aim to propose a method to re-create a new content from existing content on the Web by recycling parts of it. We firstly analyze content on the Web by means of Common KADS methodology and then represent it as a structured content so that parts of it can be replaced by those of other content. As an example of our proposed method, we show a re-creation of a new cooking recipe from other existing recipes on the Web.
