摘要

The enterprises organization management mode is one of the core issues of the management theory. The theory of learning organization has thought under the background of new economic the enterprise continuous development should rely on enhancing its overall abilities and improving its overall quality. Chinese traditional culture has contained rich management thinking, especially strong motivation for the modern enterprise learning. The theory of learning organization and Chinese traditional culture are compared in this paper. It is obvious that they have strong consistency in ideology. At the same time, the shackles of Chinese traditional culture to the modern enterprise learning are analyzed. But this paper pays emphasis on the impetus of Chinese culture to modern enterprise learning, so powerful vitality of Chinese traditional culture has been shown. It is an optional road for our enterprise management that to abandon the management ideas of traditional culture and form our modern enterprise management with Chinese culture connotation.
