Research on Operation and Management of Natural Disasters Resistance Risks

Foreign countries pay much attention to the research on natural disaster so as to finding out the strategies for disaster prevention and mitigation. China’s domestic economic and people’s living have been greatly threated. The overlapping and simultaneous occurrences of different type of disasters bring the difficulties for the prevention and emergency response work, and the domestic economic and people’s life and property have faced terrible attacks. Therefore, it can be seen that the natural disaster resistance work is urgent and indispensable. Thus, the establishment of risk management system of natural disaster resistence is necessary and sigfinicant. This paper firstly adopts natural disaster linear programming theory to optimize the costs that each industry has for natural disasters resistance;then AHP method is used for categorizing the industries exposed to natural disasters so as to determine the major ones for disaster prevention and mitigation. Finally, a series of management measures are recommended. By establishing natural disasters management system, developing effective techniques and drafting specified measures, the loss caused by natural disasters can be minimized.
