摘要

The total floor area of urban buildings for residential and commercial purposes has amounted to 18.15 billion square meters as of 2008 in China(National Bureau of Statistic of China,2008). Energy efficiency of windows, doors and sun-shading devices is based on their impact on heat gain and loss in cold weather and heat gain in warm weather which can be quantified by well-established indicators such as U-Factor and Solar Heat Gain Coefficient (SHGC). China has the third largest territory in the world with climate straddling from cold temperate zone in north and tropical zone in south. Products that are energy efficient in Heilongjiang Province will not necessarily be energy efficient in Hainan Province. It is of paramount importance to improve the energy efficiency of buildings, mainly by reducing energy loss from exterior structures including windows and doors, and improving the energy performance of the utility within buildings. According the market analysis, We design a project plan to achieve it.
