With human have come to 21st century, human resource is confirmed that it is a capital. The key characteristic of modern human resources management is improve the rate of return on human capital investment through modern management methods. Based on Becker's theory on human capital investment, this paper describes a structural equation modeling analysis of factors influencing the rate of return, and summarizes the characters of reasons that cause human capital investment risk, then gives us a clear explanation to some of these reasons. From fact to the risk, we should keep a rational attitude toward human capital investment.
