Six Net-Enabling Concepts

This paper is a discussion of six net-centric enabling concepts. This paper explores the considerations that include the human, machine/system, and temporal solutions, which are encapsulated in the enabling technology concepts of simplicity, standardization, dynamic network management, self-synchronization, temporal decisions, and human in system designs. Simply put, net-centric solutions are not only network issues, but should include system application and human interface considerations. This presentation will discuss each of the six enabling concepts and how they add value to a net-centric system and interoperability.
