摘要

With the deepening of economic globalization, the scale and scope of Chinese enterprises' transnational M&A is rapidly expanding, but how to coordinate the employment relationship with the counterparts has become a major constraining factor in the success of mergers and acquisitions. This paper analyses the reasons of conflicts existing in the employment relationship in Chinese enterprises' transnational M&A and put forward the correspondent countermeasures. It also has played a referential role in providing effective measures to cope with conflicts existing in employment relationship for a growing number of Chinese enterprises which are implementing the ¿going global¿ strategy.
机译:随着经济全球化的深入,中国企业跨国并购的规模和范围正在迅速扩大,但如何与对等方协调雇佣关系已成为并购成功的主要制约因素。本文分析了中国企业跨国并购中雇佣关系中存在冲突的原因,并提出了相应的对策。它在为解决越来越多的正在实施“走出去的全球战略”的中国企业提供有效措施以解决雇佣关系中的冲突方面也发挥了参考作用。
